Sathi Project
The Sathi Project provides technical support to the Donor Agency by assisting in the formulation of organizational objectives and the development of a three-year strategy for 25 fellows. It offers extensive aid to CBOs/NGOs, emphasizing legal compliance, HR policies, documentation, and financial management. The primary goal is to bolster organizational self-sustainability and secure the long-term viability of programs over three years. Moreover, the project delivers individualized mentoring and guidance tailored to the unique needs of both organizations and fellows.

CCI Project
The Child Care Implementation Project focuses on enhancing the preparedness of inmates at Child Care Institutions (CCI), especially Care Leavers. It addresses three key areas: 1. Providing support to current CCI inmates, 2. Assisting Care Leavers, and 3. Supporting fresh Ex-CCI Inmates. The project aims to facilitate a smoother transition to mainstream life for all CCI inmates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support.
