Social change is a necessity. Today, almost all sectors of our society need to be dynamic in their practice, perspectives and beliefs. We, at Dignity Academia, believe that social workers play the role of a catalyst in terms of social change. We acknowledge the role of NGOs, CSRs, other civil societies and also individuals in this hard and tedious fight. Professional social work is yet to be established as a profession in India. The problems and issues invariably outnumber our resources. If along with rigorous formal education,ongoing capacity building for social work is encouraged and facilitated, it will enhance the efficacy and reach of development professionals.

We aim to fulfil our part towards the achievement of this goal.Keeping these aspects in mind, we aim to provide quality courses in a wide range of subjects in order to increase the efficiency and competency of those passionate towards the field; as well as providing assistance in the form of consultancy to NGOs, CSRs and other profit and non-profit institutions.
