Current Project : SATHI
The SATHI Fellowship is an 15 -month structured
program designed to strengthen grassroots social
organizations by enhancing their capacity in key
areas such as resource mobilization, program
development , financial management , and
governance. Through a series of six workshops,
hands-on mentoring, and peer learning, the
fellowship equips participants with practical skills and strategic insights to build sustainable, well-
managed organizations.
Launched in March 2025 with its first cohort of 14 civil society organizations (CSOs), the fellowship is committed to empowering social change leaders and enabling organizations to achieve long-term sustainability and impact in their communities.

The Grassroots Organizational Development
Project (GODP) is a three-year ini t iat ive
(2024–2027) suppor ting the organizational
development of 25 grassroots organizations across
Maharashtra in collaboration with CORO India.
Through structured capacity-building efforts, the project focuses on strengthening governance, financial management, resource mobilization, and program development to ensure long-term sustainability. By providing hands-on mentorship, tailored training, and peer learning opportunities, GODP empowers these organizations to build robust systems, enhance their effectiveness, and scale their impact in their communities.
